How To Join Ford Rewards
Typically, your sales consultant will help you set up your Ford account at the time of purchase and also help you download the Ford App to access your account information. Once registered, you’ll be able to track and use your Ford Rewards points right from the palm of your hand. You can also click on either of the links below to download the Ford App for your compatible Apple or Android smart device.
How to Earn Ford Rewards Points
One of the most exciting advantages of the Ford Rewards program is the fact that you’ll earn points for things you already do at the dealership including service and maintenance visits. In fact, you’ll even earn points when you purchase or lease a new Ford vehicle. You can also earn points on the purchase of accessories for your Ford. The choice is yours! As you earn and redeem points, you’ll achieve milestones to help you reach new tiers where you can enjoy even more perks and benefits.
Members can earn 10 Ford Rewards Points per $1 spent on eligible purchases of parts and service at any participating dealership. As members achieve higher Tier status (Silver or Blue), that earning increases.

- Silver Tier (+5% Bonus Earned) - 120 Milestones

Ford Rewards FAQ
What are the most important aspects of Ford Rewards?
Earn — Members of the program receive points at Ford dealerships and for engaging with Ford products, services, and campaigns.
Redeem — Your points can be redeemed for Ford service and accessories, exclusive experiences and offers, or even toward the purchase of a new vehicle.
Tiers — As you accumulate points through key activities, known as milestones, you’ll qualify for one of three membership tiers. These tiers offer various promotions, exclusive experiences, or new opportunities to earn and redeem points.
Offers — Partner offers and Ford promotions are available to qualified Ford Rewards members.
Are Ford App users automatically enrolled in Ford Rewards?
Yes. When customers accept the terms and conditions for the Ford App (either through the app or online), they are automatically enrolled in Ford Rewards.
Do Ford Rewards points expire?
Yes. Ford Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when a member has not earned or redeemed points for two years. App usage does not qualify as an activity required to keep a member’s account from expiring.
Can I share or combine my Ford Rewards with my family members?
No. Unfortunately, points are associated with a single member account and not a single vehicle.
Is Ford Rewards only available to new vehicle owners?
No! Ford Rewards is available to everyone. Customers can join when they purchase a new vehicle or later in their ownership. You don’t even have to own a Ford vehicle to participate in the program.
