What’s New for 2024
Although the Ford Explorer carries over to 2024 essentially unchanged from the previous model year, there is one significant change worth pointing out. Last year’s 3.3L hybrid powertrain option has been dropped from the lineup, leaving only gasoline engines as options on the Explorer. With a next-generation model just around the corner, we expect the 2025 model year to be a major refresh to the Explorer.
